Dale Klaus, a Partner in the firm, has exclusively represented clients in a wide variety of marital and family law matters since 2001. He is AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated in Family Law by Martindale-Hubbell® and recognized annually by SuperLawyers ®, Florida Trend’s Legal Elite and Naples Illustrated’s Top Lawyers. 

Prior to practicing family law, Dale worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in Naples, Florida, from 1997 through 2000, prosecuting cases in county court and circuit court. He has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1997.

Dale is Past Chair of the Family Law and Trial Lawyers Sections of the Collier County Bar Association. He is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, has participated as a Master of the Bench member of the Thomas S. Biggs Chapter of the American Inns of Court, and serves as the Board Vice President of the Mental Health Association of Southwest Florida.

Dale received his Juris Doctorate from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law, in Macon, Georgia, in 1997. During law school, he received the Faculty Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Writing. He received his B.A. in Liberal Studies with minors in Psychology, History, and Communications from the University of Central Florida in 1993. Dale was born and raised in Vero Beach, Florida.
